Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum laundry loads are 6 kg per machine, below 3 kg will be rounded and charged for 3 kg.
• Bed cover or thick blanket or duvet, maximum load 1 pc per machine, can not be combined with any other laundry.
• Unless quantity is specified, the count must be accepted as correct.
• We are not responsible for shrinkage/fading of color/stains/marks/torn and for valuables left in the laundry.
• We do not accept removing stains, dry cleaning, giant dolls, coats, dresses, clothing leather, wool, or other cleaning of sensitive material, in case of material damage is not our responsibility.
• We are entitled to reject and select on the laundry that we consider incompatible with our requirements. For example, a very dirty, stinks, not hygienic clothes, etc.
• Laundry pickup must be included with proof of receipt.
• Any damage or loss of laundry due to Force Majeure is outside our responsibility.
• Any damage or loss caused by the negligence of the laundry company, will receive indemnity costs, a maximum of 2x laundry price paid by the customer. Limits claim 2x24 hours after pick up date, with the receipt.
• Laundry is not picked up more than 14 (fourteen) days is not our responsibility.
• Free pick up / delivery (4km from us, 5kg/more)
• Our services is Free if you do not receive a Legit Receipt from us, and Cuciyu will not responsible for any transactions done without our Original Receipts.
• Due to seasonal holiday, laundry service would be finished by 2-3 days and our Pickup & Delivery Service will temporarily unavailable. We will keep you posted by our social media.
